Residential Villa Project in Acton, London
We were approached to design a residential villa in Acton, London, with a 280-square-meter usable area on a 330-square-meter plot. The villa features a timber structure across two floors. The client’s main request was for complete architectural and interior design services, without direct involvement in construction.Our scope of work included detailed architectural planning, focusing on space optimization by eliminating dead spaces and enhancing functionality and flow. We also provided a full interior design package, including:- Ceiling designs (false ceilings)
– Custom cabinetry and wardrobes
– Lighting design
– Kitchen cabinetry and layout
– Bedroom and living room interior design

To help the client visualize the final outcome, we created a detailed animation showcasing the spatial arrangement, materials, and lighting effects.
Additionally, a 3-meter extension was added to the living area to provide more space for comfort and social use.
