Residential Villa Project in Ealing, London

We were approached with a residential villa project in Ealing, London, featuring a 310-square-meter built area on a 400-square-meter plot, constructed with a timber and steel structure. The project involves an extension, loft conversion, renovation, and internal reconfiguration across two floors.

Our scope of work includes:

– Expanding the house and reconfiguring internal walls to enhance space and flow
– Redesigning the kitchen for improved functionality
– Extending the living area to provide additional room for comfort
– Converting and refurbishing the loft, optimizing its use and integrating it seamlessly into the home’s design

Project Timeline:
