Gachsar villa complex  project in Chalous road with  620 m² area design infrastructure in  Gachsar  city, Alborz  province  was designed in 1200 m²  area site with recreational-residential purpose  in  phases one and two  .

The design start date was in november 2021  and it was done in 9 months .

The mentioned project employer and investor was  Mr. Bakhshi .
